Oriental Weavers International (OWI)

Oriental Weavers International (OWI) was established in October 1999 as an export-oriented company in
the 10th of Ramadan City. Located in a private free zone area, OWI is exempted from custom duties and
corporate income taxes. The company’s vertically integrated manufacturing facilities encompass lines for
weaving and finishing rugs, extrusion, and processing polyester and polypropylene fibers.

The majority of the Group’s products related to home textiles are produced at OWI, including fibers,
carpets, rugs, Axminster, Gobelin and gun-tuft. Axminster weaving is the production of high quality
broadloom carpets catering to the hospitality and residential industries; while Gobelin is the production of
tapestries, lightweight rugs and home textiles.

Additionally OWI produces hand-tufted, wool rugs in custom made designs and colors for La Boutique,
one of Oriental Weavers retail brands.
