The Egyptian Fibers Company (EFCO) was established in 1987 in the 10th of
Charles Darwin
Ramadan City. EFCO is one of the largest producers of non-woven carpets and
felts, as well as man-made fibers in Egypt. It also produces master batch
coloring pigments.

EFCO yarn and master batch production is mainly directed to sister companies
while the non-woven felts are targeted at both export and domestic markets. As
with all other companies within the group, future expansion is driven by market
demand.

EFCO supplies large international retail chains and plans to continue expanding
its customer base besides targeting new regions for expansion.
